Can you believe that it is already time to plan for Spring Break? Remember back when planning for spring break involved a “much less responsible” criteria? LOL… All we can say is #adulting

Now that things have changed & you are looking for the best spring break camp for your kiddo(s) there are three things that likely come to mind… safety, cost, & fun!

Your friends at Art Cellar totally get it; that is why we have designed our summer camp to allow you to think ✔ , ✔ , ✔! Here are all the details you need to know to get your camper(s) registered today & be 100% ready for Spring Break 2019!

WHO:

✔ Camp is geared for artists & aspiring artists ages 7-12.

✔ Our camp is led by a phenomenal group of creative instructors who have a background in teaching!

✔ Campers bring their NUT-FREE packed lunches Monday – Thursday. Art Cellar will provide snacks daily, & on Friday, we will also provide a pizza party!

✔ Allergies are a big deal for us, so please let us know if your camper has any allergies during registration.

✔ In order to assure our camps are safe & fun for everyone involved, we do have a strict behavior policy.

WHAT:

✔ Each day consists of a structured schedule offering painting, crafting, art lesson, art related games, creative free time, & more! We also provide aprons to help protect camper’s clothing, however, things do tend to get a little messy, so we suggest letting your camper wear “play clothes”!

WHEN:

✔ Camp fun is March 18 – 22 & Monday, March 25th from 9:00 am* – 4:00 pm* daily. *Need a little more time? We do offer an early drop-off option for those needing to drop-off at 8:00 am + an extended day option for pick-up at 5:00 pm.

WHERE:

✔ Camp is held at Art Cellar. There will be no traveling or field trips involved.

✔ Our studio is equipped with 24-hour video surveillance.

✔ Identification is required for all pick-ups, & all pick-up individuals must be listed on the camper registration form.

WHY:

✔ Art is a significant part of the developmental process, & with the recent curriculum changes, students in mainstream classrooms are receiving less opportunity to engage in the arts. Fill this learning gap with a fun & creative spring break encourages many of the developmental benefits of art such as motor skill development, language development, decision-making skills, visual learning, inventiveness, cultural awareness, & improved academic performance! (Lynch, “The Importance of Art in Child Development”, 2012)
